At present, Winshare International has businesses across the globe in countries such as the US, New Zealand, Australia, Turkey, Thailand, India and Russia. Since its inception, the company has established overseas online-to-offline e-commerce platforms for Chinese books in Australia and New Zealand, and has accomplished winxuan.com's 100% assimilation into the New Zealand market, solidifying its position as a localization service provider. The company partnered with a local Turkish publishing enterprise and together formed a joint venture publishing company, thereby founding an international publishing base for Chinese publication resources to "go abroad". In Thailand, the company built an international Chinese education service platform that is dedicated to providing products and services for teaching and learning Chinese as a foreign language. In the United States, Winshare International operates the "Winshare Xuan Ke Hui" cultural experiential stores, with the purpose of enhancing capacities for teaching and learning Chinese as a foreign language and cultural exchanges.

Sichuan Xinhua Culture Transmission Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003 and is a Winshare subsidiary with primary engagements in foreign cultural and commercial exchanges, advertisement media investment, creation and operation, exhibition design and production, and logistics operation establishment and consulting. In order to fully implement the "the Belt and Road" strategy of the central administration and the "ten thousand corporations go abroad" initiative of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Sichuan Provincial Government, under the early phase guidance and support from the CPC Sichuan Provincial Publicity Department and Department of Commerce, the provincial government has listed our company's "Chinese Lantern Festival" as one of the 50 projects of the "the Belt and Road" "251" project, which is also Sichuan province's only foreign cultural exchange project. This project will leverage on the "Chinese Lantern Festival" and its overarching theme of "New Silk Road" to establish a foreign cultural and commercial exchange platform where Sichuan can connect with the world. It will function as a direct conduit for Sichuan culture, region, enterprise and product to go abroad, which will be conducive to effectively raising Sichuan's recognition, reputation and branding on a global scale.
